Fantasy Sports App Design

Our task was to redesign the Knockout Fantasy Sports app to improve both its usability and visual appeal. The goal was to create an experience that was intuitive, engaging, and easy to navigate, addressing the key issues that were causing user frustration and drop-offs.

When we first looked at the Knockout Fantasy Sports app, it was clear that users were struggling. The interface was confusing, making it hard for people to understand how to play. The sign-up process was a big issue too—a lot of people would start signing up but never finish, likely because the steps weren’t clear. On top of that, the app just didn’t look appealing.

We knew the app needed a complete makeover, so we started by giving it a fresh, new look that was both modern and engaging. But we didn’t stop at visuals—we also took a deep dive into how the app worked.

We rethought the user flows to make everything easier and more intuitive. We added tooltips and clear instructions to guide users through tricky spots, and we simplified the sign-up process to keep people from dropping off.

In the end, we created an app that’s not only better-looking but also much easier to use.
